Enrique and his team are the best Michael and I have ever worked with moving together within the past 20 years. We were so appreciative and amazed at the protection and care for everything. Rollout mats to protect your floors, cardboard to protect your walls/corners, moving blankets and plastic to wrap all your nice furniture, etc. Even when our felt pads for furniture were worn off after years of use, they made “makeshift pads” for us to make sure our floors were protected. I don’t even know how to continue to describe how great they are. They are simply an amazing team. I would hire them all again. If you have any new build moves or anyone that’s super particular about their things, please use Enrique and his team (Gustavo, Ariel, Ernesto). They are the best of the best.

We had a great experience with Careful Movers. From our account manager, Mat, to the on-site moving team, everyone was incredibly professional and efficient. We did a lot of prep before hand and when the team arrived, they got to work immediately (running)! Our foreman, Gustavo, ran a tight ship and his partners, James and DePierro, were also incredible. So careful with our items, very communicative, and incredibly fast. Our estimate was 7 hours and they finished in just over 4 hours. Great experience and I would highly recommend this team.

Enrique, Jose Luis, and Santos quickly and painlessly (about four hours) moved two peoples worth of fragile stuff, including a large terrarium and two beds, without any complications and with complete professionalism. They were able to explain everything they were doing and took care to bundle fragile items and wrap full drawers so that nothing was lost or broken during the move. Would recommend.

Mat of Careful Movers was thorough and was the only company that did a video walkthrough of my house to assess both the stuff to be moved as well as location in the house. I'd already packed much of the stuff I cared about and left it to Careful Movers to do the heavy lifting of my many boxes and the furniture and electronics. Since I have stairs in my house and the new one has an elevator he estimated 4 men and more hours due to stairs and elevator that could potentially take longer. Enrique and his 3-man team arrived before the scheduled window. They did a walk through for assessment and then proceeded methodically and meticulously to pack what I did not and move everything to their 1 truck (yes, 1 truck was enough). They packed in 3 hours. At the destination (which was local), in spite of the elevator, they finished the move in 3 hours. 10 hours was estimated, but Enrique did it in 6 hours. Kudos to them! They did a fabulous job. I chose Careful Movers based on everything I heard and asked about. They lived up to their name. Everything arrived in perfect working order, and nothing was broken. Superb customer service by the company and the movers. The movers, Gino and Jose C., were outstandingly careful, courteous, kind, helpful, and simply wonderful in all regards. They came on time, for a multi-stop move, and kept in excellent touch throughout the move, which involved 3 cities. The owner, Anthony, is a jewel: efficient, careful, thorough, accommodating, and a wonderful exemplar of customer service. One of the employees in the office was rude to me. I reported it, and Anthony had him apologize personally and indicated that he would provide more training in customer service. This level of responsiveness was very impressive. Don't even look at another company. hire Careful Movers. You will be very glad that you did, they are truly a step above!

What a fantastic crew. Judas, Gilberto, Ismael, and Yeison arrived on-time and loaded our whole 3 bedroom apartment up into the truck in under 2 hours. They packed all the small things we didn't have time/were unable to pack which was incredibly helpful. They got everything unloaded into the new rental in an hour. They even listened to where my disabled father wanted his belongings and put them in the correct rooms. Really respectful and kind guys. They didn't damage anything - not our belongings nor the walls/floors. When we move out of state we will be calling them back!!

I had a great experience with Careful Movers from beginning to end. Matt was great with providing a very clear and accurate estimate. We did a virtual walk-through which was easy and quick. The company called a few days before to go over the process and confirm a few things. Then Gino, Jose A and Emmanuel came 15 minutes early (which was terrific) and got to work immediately. They were professional and mindful of our items. We were able to move from our apartment into our new house in about 5 hours. I absolutely recommend this company. The price is fair and the quality is high.

Moved from a townhouse and needed help with the furniture— sofas, beds, tables, etc. Careful Movers were on time, hustled and very courteous. Highly recommended.

Careful movers packed and loaded all our stuff into our own truck, and it made the move so much easier. We’ve unpacked everything, and nothing fragile broke. It was also easy to find what we need with how they labeled boxes. Everything was loaded well onto our UHaul, and even our delicate plants made the journey safely. Would highly recommend!
