We've hired Careful Movers for four separate moves in the past 3 years. Two of our moves included two stops on the pickup or delivery end. My latest move was from the Bay Area (2 pickup stops) to San Diego. Here are the great ways they provide their services: A fair/reasonable quote. Their quote is not rock bottom, but they are insured, including workers comp, properly licensed and the price doesn't change when they pick up or deliver. Pre-move communication is consistently excellent. Pick-up is efficient, positive and friendly. My movers this time were Enrique and Osman, who were friendly, positive and very professional. I was able to schedule my delivery with very reasonable accommodations for my schedule. Everything was delivered in its original condition. Post-move communications included sending my closed out contract with receipt for payment. I can recommend Careful Movers without any reservations!

The three guys were on time, super careful and thoughtful, courteous, and considerate. They did a walkthrough before, after packing, before unload, after unload. They really took great care of our stuff and made the entire process stress free. They even labeled the kids stuff like mattresses so they know who’s is who’s. The men that helped us from Careful Movers were very professional and courteous. They protected everything that they moved and loaded our truck efficiently. We needed them to move a 275 lb elliptical machine down a flight of stairs and they made it look easy. The communication with the office was efficient and timely via text. I highly recommend them.

Careful Mover is the most responsible and proffesional service I have encountered in awhilw. They contacted me after the mive was complete to check on how everything was and made sure all of my requests were taken care of. Their staff, movers especially took care of some very fragile items my grandmother left me with amd made sure everything arrived in one piece (even though I thought and told them it is impossible and was ready to accept it damaged) You can tell right away when a company takes care of their clients first and only then thinks of themselves. I will not use any other company moving forward, because I found perfect ratio between the price and quality of service. Strongly suggest. Safest choice. Nothing will break or get lost with them, trust me.

We’ve used Careful Movers for our last two moves and would definitely use them again. Mat, Ruben, and Shenna from the scheduling team were all super helpful and diligent. Mat did a virtual walk through with me for the quote, which was very convenient. On the day, the movers were friendly and helpful, and our belongings arrived intact. And they were FAST! Thank you, Ismael, Jose, Gilberto and Christian. You guys were amazing. This last move, we did have a shelf from our kitchen island cart go missing, but Carlos went out of his way to find it. It had slipped between some folded boxes at the back of the truck. I still can’t believe they found it! They even used a courier to send it to us as well. Carlos was communicative and helpful all along the way of rectifying the situation as well. Thanks to everyone at Careful Movers. My only regret is not hiring them to help us with more of the packing!

We had to move things from 2 locations to our house and they were done by 2 pm! Gustavo & Alexander were outstanding throughout our move process. They were professional, responsible, careful with all of our belongings. They worked surprisingly fast, especially with the packing, while still taking great care of all my belongings. My team from Careful Movers were the best. They’re very friendly and conscientious. They moved me out of a three bedroom home. Everything moved into storage for six months, and then moved me into a much smaller one bedroom cottage. It was challenging to say the least. The team at Careful Movers were great, from the person I initially talked to on the phone to the crew of three that did the actual move. They were really quick and very professional. Nothing got damaged, they put everything in its new place, and kept things clean and protected in the new house. I even had them haul away furniture from the old house that I no longer wanted.
