Felipe, Gino, Pascuale were amazing professionals!! They were on time got straight to work and just was very hardworking. I highly recommend careful movers and ask for those three guys directly !
They arrived on time, treated my belongings with great care and was happy to help us place things exactly where we wanted it. Overall a very good move experience.
Amazing moving team including Jose Luis, James, Osman, and Jean Pierre. We were so happy with their work. Organized, careful, quick, friendly, well-priced.
Philip, Alex, David and Carlos went above and beyond for us, we had so many problems from the selling agent for our new house but they we so understanding and flexible. They helped us go from the middle of California to the top of Oregon at record time! 10/10
Careful movers is very good, I will book again.
Timely, communicative, and efficient. Mat B. did a thorough intake and provided an accurate estimate. Shenna O. was an excellent coordinator.
Thank you to the incredible moving crew Hector S., David M., Gustavo C., Julio G. for handling the move with care, safety, flexibility and fast pace. Home surfaces and items were treated respectfully. We are very satisfied with their service.
I cannot say enough great things about Alex and James — these two are absolutely the best in the business! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and ready to work. They handled every single item with care, wrapped everything meticulously, and moved with impressive speed without ever cutting corners.
What really set them apart was their positive attitude throughout the entire move. Moving day can be stressful, but Alex and James made it feel completely effortless. They navigated tight hallways, heavy furniture, and multiple flights of stairs without a single complaint.
Everything arrived exactly as it left — perfectly intact.
If you are looking for movers you can truly trust, Alex and James are the real deal — hardworking, honest, careful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending them to every single person I know. 10/10, without a doubt!
The guys were really good. Easy to coordinate, low hassle on my end.
I had an oversized sofa and they handled it no problem. Also put my bed frame together. We’re respectful and efficient.
We've hired Careful Movers for four separate moves in the past 3 years. Two of our moves included two stops on the pickup or delivery end. My latest move was from the Bay Area (2 pickup stops) to San Diego. Here are the great ways they provide their services: A fair/reasonable quote. Their quote is not rock bottom, but they are insured, including workers comp, properly licensed and the price doesn't change when they pick up or deliver. Pre-move communication is consistently excellent. Pick-up is efficient, positive and friendly. My movers this time were Enrique and Osman, who were friendly, positive and very professional. I was able to schedule my delivery with very reasonable accommodations for my schedule. Everything was delivered in its original condition. Post-move communications included sending my closed out contract with receipt for payment. I can recommend Careful Movers without any reservations!
The three guys were on time, super careful and thoughtful, courteous, and considerate. They did a walkthrough before, after packing, before unload, after unload. They really took great care of our stuff and made the entire process stress free. They even labeled the kids stuff like mattresses so they know who’s is who’s. Great experience, will use again in our next move! Thank you especially to Pasquale and his crew!
Alex and his team are fantastic! They moved our whole 3-bedroom house for an in-town move. The were super careful and detail oriented, eveything ended up in the right place and with no scratches etc. Plus they were willing to try a couple of furniture configurations in the new place until we figured out what worked. Highly recommended!
We had an outstanding experience with Careful Movers. Our team of three—Adrian, Jose, and Jose—was incredibly fast, responsive, and professional from start to finish. They moved our entire 3-bedroom house in just over six hours, handling everything with care and efficiency. Communication was clear, they worked seamlessly together, and they made what’s usually a stressful day feel smooth and organized. We’ve moved at least five times, and this was hands down the best moving team we’ve had yet. Highly recommend!
The men that helped us from Careful Movers were very professional and courteous. They protected everything that they moved and loaded our truck efficiently. We needed them to move a 275 lb elliptical machine down a flight of stairs and they made it look easy. The communication with the office was efficient and timely via text. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Careful Movers for any relocation needs. Carlos assisted us and was exceptional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and even took the time to notify us and help ship a package that had been mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. That level of professionalism and care truly sets Careful Movers and Carlos apart.
I had a truly Fantastic experience!!! Efficient, careful with my items, super fast but didn’t rush me. The gentlemen were kind and helpful and made the pack&move an easy process. Will definitely use them again!
I had an amazing move-in experience with the help of James and Ismael last week! They provided first class service and I was extremely impressed with their ability to re-assemble some complex furniture items including a 4 poster bed frame. I highly recommend this team!
James, Jose Luis, and Ernesto handled my move last weekend and it was better than I ever could’ve imagined. I was so sleep deprived and not as ready as I wanted to be, but as soon as they showed up at my door, it was smooth sailing. I’m still amazed at how quickly and efficiently they moved everything out of my old place. Any worries I expressed were met with cool calm confidence “We’ll take care of it.” I felt like I could finally relax and it would all be okay. They even moved my plants with great care when other moving companies told me they don’t move plants. James knew all about the apartment building I was moving to when I myself thought it would be difficult in a secure building (my first time living in a building), but nope - James knew the place. He also helped me decide where furniture should go and what I should put in which kitchen cabinets when he could see I was struggling. I needed all the help I could get and these guys didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend this team. Thank you James, Jose Luis, and Ernesto!
Careful movers moved our 1200 square-foot townhouse into a new 1400 square-foot house. They did a fantastic job! Their team was fast and efficient and really took care of our stuff. They even helped us re-organize and move around stuff when we got to the new place as we figured out how we wanted to organize things. I’d use them again 100%, 10 out of 10!
Had to move from Richmond in SF to the Sunset. The Careful movers team were punctual, professional, and communicated all the way. 10/10 would enlist their assistance again in future.
James, Gino, Jose Luis and Usman were amazing! They were on time, worked efficiently and went above and beyond for us. They have made the move seamless and almost too easy! This is my 2nd time using this company and will continue to use them for future services!
We had a great experience with our movers, Julio and Usman! They worked hard throughout the entire 8 hours and handled our belongings with care. They were professional, efficient, and helped make our moving day much less stressful. We really appreciate all their hard work and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!
Very good experience working with Hector, Jose L, Nathaniel, and Eustavo C! They were prompt, careful, and efficient. Highly recommended! Thank you again for helping us move into our new place!
Our move could not have gone better. We moved one apartment to 3 different places and it was all done with care and efficiency. I was so happy to give our two movers very large tips at the end of the day.
I’m so impressed by these guys! From the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. They offered to come in person to get a quote and plan for us. But they also offered a virtual appointment, which I did. They were very meticulous in this part and walked me through the logistics and cost options. I was able to lower the price by packing more myself. They even delivered moving boxes ahead of time so I could do so. I was moving from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home. The whole move was smooth, all of the movers were friendly, professional, and just a joy to be around. They are clearly well taken care of, which is also important to me. I’m sure there’s movers that are cheaper but you get what you pay for. In the end, it was cheaper than the quote, which was a nice relief. I hope I don’t have to move anytime soon, but if and when I do, I will 100% utilize these guys again. Thank you for all of your hard work, professionalism, and care. “Careful Movers” is the perfect name for you.
Felipe and his crew did an AWESOME job with my move! They were fast and efficient, but took great care packing my China cabinet (lotta glass), dining set, 55" TV, 4-post bed, plus many other furniture pieces. They tagged and transported the right items to my storage unit and then to my new place. The beds and TV were reassembled and set up just the way they were in the old place. The crew was friendly and fun to work with! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to move!!
Prompt professional courteous kind. The crew of Ismael, Julio, Moises were a pleasure to work with. Matt, Anthony and Carlos in the office were very helpful and concerned that I was pleased with my move.
Enrique, James, Hector and Usman were spectacular. So efficient, so great to work with and great communicators. Getting our packing and moving done in 2 days was no mean feat. Truly grateful!
Amazing experience with Enrique, James, and Hector- we thought it would take 8-9 hours but they did it in 5.5. Super nice guys, would have them back again any time.
Enrique and his team are the best Michael and I have ever worked with moving together within the past 20 years. We were so appreciative and amazed at the protection and care for everything. Rollout mats to protect your floors, cardboard to protect your walls/corners, moving blankets and plastic to wrap all your nice furniture, etc. Even when our felt pads for furniture were worn off after years of use, they made “makeshift pads” for us to make sure our floors were protected. I don’t even know how to continue to describe how great they are. They are simply an amazing team. I would hire them all again. If you have any new build moves or anyone that’s super particular about their things, please use Enrique and his team (Gustavo, Ariel, Ernesto). They are the best of the best.
We had a fantastic experience with Enrique and his team from start to finish. They were punctual, organized, respectful, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. We used them for packing, moving, and unpacking, and were thrilled with the quality of their work at every stage. They took great care with our belongings, worked seamlessly as a team, and made what could have been a stressful move feel remarkably smooth. We would absolutely work with Enrique and his team again and highly recommend them!
Felipe and James were super heroes, they were able to move my apartment with no issues even when the destination didn't have any elevators.
They should start they're own business!
We had a great experience with Careful Movers. From our account manager, Mat, to the on-site moving team, everyone was incredibly professional and efficient. We did a lot of prep before hand and when the team arrived, they got to work immediately (running)! Our foreman, Gustavo, ran a tight ship and his partners, James and DePierro, were also incredible. So careful with our items, very communicative, and incredibly fast. Our estimate was 7 hours and they finished in just over 4 hours. Great experience and I would highly recommend this team.
Careful Movers were kind, helpful and very efficient and they were able to stay within budget. This was my first time hiring moving help and I'm so glad I did.
Gino and Christen, my movers, showed up early in the morning and on time. They got everything quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the overall experience from the scheduling with Matt to the pick up, everyone did a great job
