They completed the job without damaging anything. They charged $195 an hour for 5 hours plus materials such as boxes, plastic wrap and floor covers. Travel time between the two locations was doubled for round trip billing. The actual time between arrival at the pickup and finish time at the destination was 4 hours. We requested a long distance move and full pack job coming down to Southern California from the Bay Area. Starting with our moving coordinator Ruben, who was attentive to the project and accommodating of all of our requests, and transparent about pricing and expectations. Our crew leader Enrique and his team arrived not only arrived 10 minutes early (we requested a 6am start time, that's saying something!) on our moving day to pack, but the team packed and loaded our 2 bedroom house in less than 5 hours with careful precision and efficiency.We originally scheduled a pack on Monday and delivery on Wednesday, but they were able to work with our schedule and delivered our stuff a day early! Enrique and his team again were so cautious and (rightfully named) careful with not only our stuff, but covering corners and floors in our new house to protect it.
